Appellate Law

Germer’s appellate attorneys regularly practice before all Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; several are also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  The firm’s appellate attorneys have extensive experience handling traditional appeals, interlocutory and accelerated appeals, and mandamus proceedings.  They also work closely with the firm’s trial lawyers at all stages of the litigation, to preserve material issues for appeal.
