Valarie J. Eissler, Senior Trial Counsel, joined Germer in September 2026.  Valarie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana and worked at Texas Children’s Hospital in the Texas Medical Center for twenty years. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993.  She is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Southern, and North Districts of Texas.

Valarie’s practice has focused on insurance litigation, civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and appellate law.  She is a member of the Texas State Bar Litigation and Appellate sections.
