Overview

Kelly Nye has more than twenty-five years of litigation experience in state and federal courts across Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Multinational Business and Marketing and earned a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. Kelly is licensed to practice law in Texas and North Carolina.

Kelly currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, products liability, premises liability, cybersecurity and appellate law.
