Katherine Bell-Moss, a principal in the Austin office, is a seasoned trial attorney with over 30 years of experience trying cases in state and federal courts in Texas and across the United States. She has spent the vast majority of her career defending hospitals, health care providers, and manufacturers of health care-related products (pharmaceuticals, biologics, vaccines, and medical devices) against medical/professional and product-liability claims. She has also defended automobile, marine, and aviation manufacturers in death and catastrophic injury cases involving fires, explosions, and safety systems.
