Ryan C. Bueche

Ryan C. Bueche graduated from Trinity University in 2003, where he earned a B.A. with a dual major in Political Science and Philosophy. Ryan earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he excelled in moot court competitions, and he completed a nine-month internship with United States District Judge Walter Smith in Waco. After law school, Ryan served as the Briefing Attorney to United States District Judge James R. Nowlin from 2008 until 2011 in Austin. Ryan also worked for United States District Judge Orlando Garcia in San Antonio. Ryan joined the Austin office of Germer in 2011. Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and he is admitted to practice before state courts in Texas. Ryan is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ryan also has experience in the appellate practice. Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Trinity University Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Court, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Ryan’s current practice is focused on civil litigation in state and federal court, including products liability, employment, construction, medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial matters.
