Rachel G. Crutchfield

Rachel G. Crutchfield has over twenty-years’ experience as a litigator and is Senior Trial Counsel in Germer’s Houston office. Her current practice focuses on first-party and third-party defense in personal injury, property damage, and bad faith litigation. In addition to her state-court docket, Rachel maintains a substantial federal practice and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Eastern and Western District Courts of the State of Texas.

Rachel is a Baylor University alum and obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Rachel was a briefing clerk for the Honorable J.Q. Warnick, U.S. Magistrate for the Northern District of Texas. She then began her legal career with Germer in her native Beaumont, Texas, focusing on premises liability and construction defect defense in the petrochemical industry.

Rachel’s areas of practice include personal injury defense, third-party auto accident claims, first-party Uninsured Motorist claims, and bad faith litigation.
