Adrian Senyszyn is a principal in the Firm’s Construction Defect, Cybersecurity and HIPAA Practice. Adrian represents clients throughout Texas. Most of Adrian’s construction defect practice involves school districts located in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley. Adrian represents both general contractors and subcontractors, and he has represented many scopes of work to include roofing, waterproofing, damp proofing, sealing and caulking, electrical, concrete and ornamental steel. He was recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer”, a Thompson Reuters publication, in 2021-2022.

Adrian’s cyber security practice is focused in the health care sector where he routinely advises practices and groups about privacy and security rules. Adrian is often involved in the breach notification process and has advised a number of practices suffering catastrophic breaches in excess of 50,000 people. Adrian defends practices before courts and administrative agencies such as the Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Texas Medical Board. Adrian is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity and HIPAA topics.
