Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee (home of the best barbecue), Mila Yarbrough proudly joins Germer. Her practice centers labor and employment law, representing clients in cases regarding discrimination, hostile work environments, retaliation, wage disputes, and wrongful terminations.
Prior to joining Germer, Mila practiced construction law and general commercial litigation where she represented clients with a variety of disputes, including Mechanic’s and Materialman’s Lien filings, breaches of contract, nonpayment claims, fraud, and construction defect matters in both litigation and arbitration. She also drafted and revised bid documents, general and supplementary terms and conditions between owners and contractors, and master subcontract agreements between contractors and subcontractors.
When working with clients, Mila’s goal is to meticulously analyze cases to provide options to empower her clients to make informed decisions that best serve their individual or personal needs.
