John C. Howell is a principal in the San Antonio office at Germer PLLC. He is a trial lawyer with 35 years of experience, representing clients in a wide range of litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He has tried over 45 cases to jury verdict.
Mr. Howell represents insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of first-party and third-party disputes. He also represents homeowners, business owners, large and small construction contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals in defect and injury lawsuits.
John C. Howell received a B.S. in Business from Trinity University in 1985, and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1988. He was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1988. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Howell is a member of the Federal Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the San Antonio Bar Foundation.
Mr. Howell is the immediate Past President of the San Antonio Chapter of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). The American Board of Trial Advocates is dedicated to excellence in trial.
