Overview

Ben Zinnecker was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, where he received a B.A. in Philosophy in 2005. In 2008, Ben earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he enjoyed success in pretrial, mock trial, and moot court competitions. After law school, Ben spent 9 years practicing law at firms in Amarillo and Houston, handling a variety of civil litigation matters. Ben then returned to Austin when he joined Germer in 2018.

Ben currently represents national and global clients in a variety of state and federal litigation matters. His practice focuses on product liability defense , general tort , and complex commercial disputes . He has significant trial experience, having tried cases to verdict involving product liability, commercial, personal injury defense , real estate , and employment disputes . He is involved in all aspects of discovery planning and execution, preparation of trial strategy, and trial advocacy.
