Bailey Carlson is an associate in the Houston office of Germer PLLC, where he represents businesses, property owners, manufacturers, contractors, and insurers. His matters include breach of contract, DTPA claims, sworn account litigation, vendor disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, indemnity and additional insured disputes, premises liability and slip-and-fall defense, personal injury and transportation defense, and commercial lease drafting and counseling. Bailey earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024 and his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
