Overview

Roswill is an experienced trial attorney and business lawyer. She represents hospitals, health care providers (and their affiliates), real estate developments, community associations, and other corporate entities in all stages of complex litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management.

Roswill has significant experience advising Boards of Directors on fiduciary liability, operational and regulatory compliance, and business planning and strategy for the successful development, implementation, and enforcement of internal policies and procedures, restrictive covenants, and other agreements. Prior to joining Germer Beaman & Brown, Roswill practiced commercial litigation and served as general counsel for numerous residential and commercial property owners associations (including condominiums, HOAs, resort communities, and planned real estate developments) and other Texas-based corporations.

Roswill earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts in both Business and Communication Studies from Southwestern University. While in law school, she represented multi-national corporations and financial institutions in cross-border financial transactions in Michigan Law’s renowned International Transactions Clinic. Upon graduation, Roswill completed a fellowship as in-house counsel for LiftFund Inc., an award-winning community development financial institution, where she assisted start-ups and growth-stage entities.
