Preston Meyers

Preston Meyers is a native Houstonian and graduated from Westbury Christian High School. Preston then attended University of Houston where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014. Preston later returned to attend University of Houston Law Center where he graduated in 2021 before joining Germer in 2022.

Preston is a trial lawyer that practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction law, family law., personal injury defense, and torts. He represents individual and commercial defendants

Preston has obtained numerous favorable results for firm clients, including:

• Obtaining defense verdicts on liability grounds in a personal injury/car accident lawsuit in Justice Court and on appeal to County Court.
• Obtaining a take-nothing judgment on breach of contract claims against a commercial defendant.
• Obtaining, via a motion for summary judgment, dismissal of a premises liability claim involving a contractor falling from a tree during a tree trimming.
