Maria Korzendorfer graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006. From 2006 to 2013, she worked as an English teacher, primarily at schools in Turkey and Mexico. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016.
While in law school, Maria served as Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and participated as a student attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law and the Veterans Legal Services Clinic at Yale Law School. After law school, Maria worked as an associate attorney at a San Antonio immigration law firm and served as a term law clerk for the Honorable Kristine G. Baker in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Maria joined the Austin office of GERMER in 2018. Maria is a member of the State Bar of Texas. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
