Katherine Wyatt

Katherine Wyatt practices civil litigation, focusing primarily on personal injury defense in transportation and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Germer in 2018, Katherine practiced civil litigation with Cowen & Garza LLP, whom she credits her experience as a defense litigator. While at Texas Tech, Katherine was heavily involved with various pro bono organizations, and continues her pro bono involvement as a licensed attorney. While in law school she served as a Judicial Intern for the 13th Court of Appeals under Justice Dori Contreras and the United States Bankruptcy Court under the Honorable Judge Eduardo Rodriguez.

She practices in the area of civil litigation, premises liability and personal injury defense.
