Hollis Nix

Hollis Nix joined Germer’s Austin office as an attorney in 2024. After growing up in Austin, TX he attended The University of Arkansas where he graduated with a B.A. in Psychology. He earned his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2018. During law school, Hollis served all three years as a class delegate on the Student Bar Association where he held the titles of Secretary of House and Fundraising Chairman. He also graduated as Senior Staff on the Energy Law Journal.

Following graduation, Hollis practiced as a Litigation Associate in Oklahoma, gaining experience in a wide range of Civil Defense Practice Areas. Since joining Germer, Hollis has focused on many areas of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, construction law, personal injury defense, premises liability, products liability, and transportation/trucking litigation.
