Evan Weltge

Evan Weltge is a civil litigator with significant experience representing individuals and entities in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Evan has successfully obtained jury verdicts on behalf of his clients in federal court and has represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and state courts of appeals. Prior to joining Germer, Evan practiced as an Assistant Attorney General defending state agencies and individuals in cases involving constitutional claims, statutory interpretation, and personal injury torts.

Evan practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, insurance law, constitutional law/civil rights, and medical malpractice.

Evan is licensed to practice in Texas courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and United States district courts in Texas.
