David L. Red

David L. “Dave” Red is a civil litigator with more than 32 years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University (B.A. 1988) and attended the Baylor University School of Law (J.D. 1991). A Houston-area native, Dave is a member of the State Bar of Texas (1991) and is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He served as a Director of the Jefferson County Bar Association (2010 – 2013).

Dave practices in the areas of personal injury defense, premises liability, products liability, and civil litigation.
