Colin Martell was born in Seattle, Washington, and subsequently raised all along the West Coast. Colin earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Hendrix College, in Conway, Arkansas. At Hendrix, he played NCAA division three baseball while studying economics, business, and English. Throughout college, Colin worked in the corporate legal departments of eBay, Inc. and Equinix, Inc.
Following college, Colin earned his Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, cum laude, where he was the Literary Citation Editor for the Pepperdine Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. During law school, Colin worked for a judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Office of Chief Counsel of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Colin joined Germer in 2021. Colin’s current practice is focused on civil litigation in state and federal court, including products liability, commercial matters, construction defect, medical malpractice, insurance defense, intellectual property, personal injury, and trucking litigation.
