Ryan Neal Hagens

Ryan Neal Hagens is an Associate Attorney in the Austin office of Germer PLLC, where his practice focuses on civil litigation. Ryan’s background representing plaintiffs provides him with a unique perspective in defending clients and evaluating litigation strategy from both sides of a dispute. He has represented businesses, property owners, and individuals in commercial disputes, real property litigation, construction disputes, business torts, and other complex civil matters.

Prior to joining Germer in May 2026, Ryan co-founded Bell Hagens PLLC, where he managed a substantial litigation docket involving complex civil disputes throughout Texas. Before that, he practiced at Braun & Gresham PLLC, where he handled a variety of civil litigation matters and participated in a multi-day jury trial involving recovery of a multi-million-dollar property.

Ryan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in the top 4% of his class. While in law school, he served as Senior Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and his comment was selected for publication in the St. Mary’s Journal on Legal Malpractice & Ethics.
