Thomas M. Bullion III is an experienced trial lawyer who has defended a wide variety of products liability, other personal injury, and general civil litigation. Tom graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and worked as a project engineer until 1981. He obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1984. While in law school, Tom was a member of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, and was named to the Order of the Coif and Barristers. After a successful law practice at another law firm, Tom joined Germer Gertz Beaman & Brown, L.L.P. in 2008 as a partner. Tom is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all United States District Courts in Texas (Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern). Tom is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Products Liability Advisory Counsel, and the Austin Bar Association. He is also a former member of the American Inns of Court, Barrister, Austin Chapter. Tom has been selected several times for inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America,” a peer reviewed publication by Best Lawyers.
